(Re)Rent on 14th

20 07 2009

You may remember this property from last year which was being marketed as a prime club/theater/bar location. Since then, the sign has been removed and replaced with this plain old “commercial for rent” sign. The listing agent is different also from last year but they still haven’t had any bites. Anyone have any suggestions for the space?

A good bagel shop — Einstein’s or whatever. They would make a fortune.

Oldest trick in the book to say the property already has a tenant, this thing has been empty forever, hopefully if the place is under contract it is with someone who will do something soon!
