Central Place Elevations

6 08 2009

The super development Central Place located in the heart of Rosslyn is still in the early phases but that doesn’t mean we can’t start thinking about how the skyscraper is going to look from the street level. We got our hands on this optional design which we find strangely appealing. That exposed staircase has a really interesting look, don’t you think?

I’m not really a fan, I wish it was bolder, more raw. Right now it looks like all the other new buildings in Rosslyn.

I like the height that it looks like the first floor retail will have to work with, you could put some very engaging stores or restaurants into that space.

I agere with both comments. the architecture is ho-humm, but the retail height is nice. What the heck are those yellow bands though?
