The massive mixed use Union Place development in NoMa just north of the H Street corridor is well underway as you can see and the facade is starting to come together. This first phase of the project includes 200 out of the 700 planned residential units and is going to have a nice street-scale row house brick look on the first few floors.
This first phase of the complex is going to be called the Loree Grand, named after the long time Northeast resident Mrs. Loree Murray who’s a well know community leader and activist. We are interested to see how this thing ends up looking. [Photo: Coller]
