We think you could probably knock off about a million if you go just one block in any direction, so this is for that person who wants to bask in the glow of power!
I was incredulous about this being a condo (and still am). For that much money I want to own my basement. Even if I don’t rent it out, it could be useful for the help or the in-laws.
First order of business for the condo board — how do we replace the heinous cheap looking exterior railings that are historically inaccurate for Cap Hill
Try knocking another cool million off that price and maybe you’ll hear more from right-wing Evangelical groups or lobbyists interested in occupying your space to influence policy. Also, include the whole building in that price.
