Well your guesses are in and counted, and the actual list price on the four story townhouse at Iwo Jima with the monumental views is listed for $2,395,000 which is right about where most of the guesses were so we guess it’s appropriately priced?
not a good price. the view is great, but the houses are crap. they’re made to look like stable structures, but they’re all plywood and junk tile.
