PriceChecker: Connecticut Ave

22 10 2009

Your weekly chance to take a stab at real estate appraisal. Submit your guesses in the comments and closest guess gets the PriceChecker crown for the week. This weeks PriceChecker is a four bedroom co-op in a grand old dame of a building right on Connecticut Avenue.

This is a condo that is meant for entertaining, with a large foyer and galley we can just picture guests mingling among passed hors d’oeuvres. The unit has four bedrooms, a media room, brand new kitchen and tons of nice cherry wood finishes. We will give you a clue that the price was recently chopped by $200,000.

So take your best guess and we will crown a winner next Tuesday afternoon, and should you need some more information to help you, follow the jump for the realtor spin and some more pics…

“Nothing could be more perfect than entertaining your guests in one of the most elegant residences in Washington - especially one that is completely restored/renovated. There truly isn’t a comparable residence of this state available today. Two-zoned A.C. Two parking spaces convey, including one garaged.”
