There must be something going on here, because even with the recent $200,000 price cut on the great looking and spacious Connecticut Ave four bedroom condo, your guesses didn’t even approach the $5.2 million listed price tag. Given that you can buy entire houses in that area for this price, a lower listing may be in the future for this one. What do you think?
I will tell you what I think… that’s crazy!$!$!$!$! You can get a similar unit on the Upper West Side of Manhattan for that price!
Yeah, I wouldn’t pay anywhere near that either, even if I did have it.
Maybe the walls are wallpapered in gold.
maybe they’re insane people that have no contact with the real world….
I didn’t venture to guess, but it wouldn’t have touched that number. Wow.
