Agree with DCDave.

The blog blurb reverses what the article says.

I mean, call me crazy, but the only thing I care about is whether or not whatever gets built there is going to have a bikeshare kiosk.

I don't think the financial backers are going to let the hotel construction move forward until this dispute has concluded.

I hope the judge throws it out quickly. This hotel needs to be built, and every day of delay hurts the Convention Center, neighborhood businesses, and Shaw/Mt Vernon Square.

Seems to me as though the WBJ article was saying the opposite - that the judge was unimpressed by DC's defense of the deal. Either way, I hope she dismisses JBG's suit - this thing needs to be built already. Does anyone have any idea when she might pen a decision? Is there a time limit? Has an injunction against starting construction been issued?

Just people crying over missing out, they need to build this thing ASAP before any more groups move their yearly conventions out to National Harbor!
