To Do: Mostly Modern 2009

5 11 2009

Here at DCMetrocentric we’re all about supporting good causes, and when that intersects with architecture and design, you know we are going to be all about it! On November 15th you can visit a showcase of modern and contemporary home design in Wesley Heights and AU Park all while supporting Martha’s Table, a charity that helps at-risk children, youth, and families by providing educational programs, food, clothing, and enrichment opportunities.

The tours will be followed by a Gala reception at the beautiful Katzen Arts Center (pictured). Tickets are on sale now, and if you buy before November 11th you get a $20 discount. We’ll be there! [Photo: Daquella Manera]

UPDATE: The event has unfortunately been canceled from low ticket sales but they are apparently trying to plan for the Spring with a little more lead time to purchase tickets, we will be sure to keep you posted!
