Patriots Plaza SW Signs Tenant
18 11 2009We just got word that the USDA has signed on as a major tenant at the new Southwest development Patriots Plaza. The USDA is consolidating offices into the 330,000 sq-ft of leased space in the third phase of the project which completed construction just last month. The developer Trammell Crow has applied for LEED Silver for the complex.
Looks just like a government office building doesn’t it?
