The Georgian style home was originally built on a full acre in 1927 and has been meticulously restored with six bedrooms and nine baths. If you like wood paneling, than this house is for you because most rooms on the first floor are covered in it. The home was apparently used as a “summer White House” for President Grover Cleveland and has beautiful views over nearby Rosedale park.

How could the house have been built in 1927, but also served as a summer White House for Grover Cleveland? He was president in the 1880s!
He in fact died in 1908. Either he never had anything to do with the house, or the construction date is wrong.
If you believe the realtor spin you’ll notice it says “site” - not home… if you believe it.
Yes, there was probably a plantation style farm house the was on the property.
