6 01 2010You had to see this coming, we are only suprised consolidation hasn’t been more widespread in the real estate biz. The WBJ is reporting that local firm Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers, along with seven other firms from the across the country are joining forces.
The other firms include Colliers ABR in New York, Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in St. Louis, Colliers Pinkard in Baltimore, BT Commercial in Northern California, BRE Commercial in Southern California, BRE Commercial in Arizona and Colliers Houston & Co. in New Jersey.

I have to wonder what that means for the development on the corner of florida ave & new york. It’s been on hold for a while now.
