DC Metrocentric

Ever since we reported back in October that the unfinished development at 1015 Half St. in Southeast was being bought by Douglas Wilson we have been waiting to see work resume. Well a little birdie has past on word that things are being put in place to get things moving again.

This seems to correlate with some of the other things we have been hearing including that most of the liens against the previous owners have been paid off. Will we see the completion of the unfinished project (pictured above) by year end? We hope so, it just makes us sad to see the shell of the building every time we are in the area. We will keep you posted.
