What does the balcony in the master bedroom and the window in bedroom 2 overlook from the look of the thing they face a wall do they overlook the courtyard or something.

I agree with Woodsider the placement of the kitchen is horrible it would have been better if the kitchen was at where the dinning room is or have the kitchen and dinning room split the other way so that the kitchen is open to the hallway and the livingroom.

I don’t think the point of the kitchens in such units is to provide the owner a place to cook, clean or otherwise spend time…

Wait–what’s so great about the interior courtyard? With all those retaining walls and staircases it looks a little too 1970s-era-Federal-Building (I’m looking at you FBI building and Department of Labor).

But, wow, at 3200 square feet, the floorplan certainly doesn’t do it justice in hinting at the size of the place (I’m shocked at the small size of the one walk-in closet given the 3200 square feet).

Unless the residents are eating every meal in the formal dining room, I think the kitchen is a disaster…it’s landlocked in the center of the unit with the only views out from the sink through the dining room.

I presume anyone who can afford this unit has someone prepare meals, but even so…
