Moving Money for Costco?
1 03 2010What to do with all that subsidy money just laying around that was meant for the now defunct Broadcast Center One project? Give it to Costco says Council member Kwame Brown… who as we have discussed in the past has been a big advocate of bringing a Costco store to Northeast along South Dakota Ave.
We guess it’s better than just letting the subsidies sit around, right?
It’s fine with me as long as parking is kept to a bare minimum. Unfortunately as Costco sells in huge quantities, I doubt they’ll want a space with no parking. Pass.
How about sending some money a couple of blocks down to get the “CityMarket at O” on track?
