Progress for Progression Place

Well we have known for a while that the old perennially delayed Broadcast Center One development has been rebranded Progression Place but since the securing of the new tenants and promise of a ground breaking, Progression Place hasn’t seen much… progress. However we are happy to report that Ellis Development has confirmed that as of this month, work is finally underway!

We can’t wait to see how this project ends up looking, especially the restoration of the facades along 7th St (shown in the rendering above). Hooray for progress!

Looks good! Seems to blend in nicely except for the glass end

7th & T NW….right at the Shaw/Howard U metro.
Also behind this building is the current ongoing construction/renovation of the Howard Theater.
