Progression Place Progresses

This week marks the start of official construction on the new Progression Place project along 7th street. The fences are up, the machinery is rolling, and the foundation should be completed this Spring with most of the substantial structural work completed later this year. As you probably remember this project had some major roadblocks when its main tenant (and original namesake) pulled out, but things look to be back on track!

We are looking forward to seeing how the Eric Colbert Architects design looks in real life!

Honestly from the renderings I have seen so far of the building on this site and others, it seems to me it is going to be so out of place in this part of town… a giant dark glass building surround by a bunch of older low rise brick buildings is going to clash big time.
