Check out this rendering that just arrived in our inbox from PGN Architects of a new condo building planned for 300 L St NE. According to H Street Great Street, Valor and Ellisdale are jointly developing the 6 story, mixed-use building with about 50 condos and over 5,000 sq-ft of retail. Ground breaking is scheduled for the beginning of 2012.

That is a great looking rendering. I can’t wait to see those condos go up. I am amazed how many great homes are available in the DC real estate market. If I was looking to buy though I would do it quick. I have heard that prices are on the rise.
