Northwest One HUD Delays

In a saga that seems to have been going on for years, the first residential phase of the Northwest One project is only a small HUD approval away from finally getting started. The first phase will include a mix of market rate and affordable apartments at 2 M St. NE, and since the builder has their building permits already in hand, once HUD approves the mortgage insurance, they are ready to officially break ground!

Eventually the Northwest One development (pictured above) will include 1600 units of mixed-income housing, 40,000 SF of retail, and 220,000 SF of commercial office space.
