Floorgasm: Q Street NW
14 07 2011This historic Federal, with its gas lanterns, spiral staircase, and elaborate ironwork, is quintessential Georgetown. Built in 1864 the six bed, six and a half bath home has a lot going for it, with a stacked living room, dinning, kitchen layout, and that kitchen opens up through double doors into a huge terrace patio (though we’re not sure if the life size musical frog is included in the $3,595,000 price tag).
As always, click on the floor plan for a closer look.

[...] For sale: lots of floors, and perhaps a musical frog. [...]
Nice but not big enough for my bourgeoisie tastes!
