Boilermaker Shops: Roof Update

19 09 2011

Lots of work has been going on over in SE lately and one building that is undergoing a significant transformation is the old Building 167 (the Boilermaker Shops). As you can see, there is some major work going on to replace the old roof originally built back in 1919.

This is one of the first steps before the interior renovation can begin on what will be over 46K sq-ft of retail space including restaurants, a brewery, a bakery, and a sports bar. It is good to see some progress as the developer has consistently said the project will be open for business by the end of next year.
