		<description>It's nice to see this building saved and cleaned up, but I have my reservations about how meticulously it was restored. The builder wanted to tear it down but was badgered into saving it. If you look at the details of the brick work outside you can see cracks and misalignments. We'll have to see how well it holds up.</description>

This is similar to U Street- everyone knows you mean U Street NW.</description>

		<description>wow that was a great block of row houses. why in the f*** were they torn down? historic building are worth 1000 times more then modern buildings. am i the only one that understands this? i would not live in dc if it were not for the awesome historic buildings in the city. ugh i am eternal frustrated with most developers!</description>
